Recipe for Sour Soup

Sour Soup with sausage and egg.

Number of servings: 5 (for 5 persons)

Ingredients:

  1. 200 grams sausage.
  2. 1 medium chopped onion.
  3. 100 grams bacon.
  4. 2 liters water.
  5. 750 grams potatoes.
  6. 2 cloves garlic.
  7. 750ml sourdough for sour soup (fermented rye flour).
  8. Spices (pepper, salt, marjoram).
  9. A little bit horseradish.

Sausage, onion & bacon cut into pieces, next sauté in pot. Next add all water, spices & garlic & add potatoes cut into pieces, Cook 15 minutes. In the pot add sourdough & horseradish, cook 5 minutes, sometime stir. Soup ready, bon appétit ! J
